The blood is one of the most important components of the human body as it is responsible for the transportation of

invading microorganisms, while platelets help blood clotting which helps to minimize blood loss from injuries.

3. Regulation – the blood is responsible for the regulation of several aspects of the body’s functions such as the

body’s temperature, pH, and water balance.

Considering the three major roles played by the blood, keeping it in top conditions and devoid of impurities should

be a top priority. Fortunately, the kidneys and the liver helps to purify the blood by the filtration and subsequent

removal and breakdown of waste. However, you can enhance the works of these two important organs to further

cleanse your blood.
